Easy Returns Policy


At Shop Amble Simply Elegant, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

After you have received an item you have 30 days to return it. To ensure that this process is quick and seamless, please note the following:

  • You can click here to raise your return request.
  • You may get in touch with our customer support at (Contact Form link) or Call on: 9805558719 (MON-SAT : 10 am - 6 pm)
  • The customer support team will request you to share few images of the received product before initiating the reverse pickup in case you receive wrong/ faulty product delivered.
  • Under below circumstances / situations no refunds will be applicable:
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to Amble Simply Elegant.
    • Any item that is shipped back to us 30 days after delivery.
  • Please note that purchases from the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged at an offline store / showroom / Franchise (Amble Simply Elegant store or outlet), nor can complaints about purchases be lodged at these locations. Likewise, purchases from offline store /showroom / Franchise (Amble Simply Elegant store or outlet) cannot be returned to the online web store and complaints about such purchases cannot be lodged there.
  • If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer, failing which the refund would not be processed unless we get all products in one.
  • We arrange reverse pick up once. If customer fail to dispatch all products in one reverse pickup, then second reverse pick charges will be deducted from your refund amount or will charges separately by charging in advance to you or second return dispatch can be done by customer at own cost.

Points to note for returning the product:

  • Raise Return Request- click here to raise your return request
  • Reverse pickup arranged- Reverse pick up takes upto 5-7 business days to be done. We will be unable to confirm date and time for pickup in advance.
  • In the meantime, we request you to pack the product in original package and maintain it in good condition.
  • As soon as we receive the product at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The amount should be credited to you in 7 working days, according to your bank’s policies.
  • In case you have used coupon code, it will be re-issued, and new coupon code will be provided post 7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed once we receive your bank details. Refund will be completed within 5-7 working days.
  1. Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  2. If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. We will be needing your Bank detail (Account Holders Name : (Same as billing name), Bank Name:, Account No:, Account Type:, IFSC Code) so that we can transfer the money in your account. Please ensure that the detail that you enter is correct. ShopAmble Simply Elegant will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
  3. There are no additional charges on reverse pickup in case of return (One time in which all the products to be returned are picked up. For the next reverse pick against the same order number, it will be charged on actuals or customer must dispatch the product from his end for the product which he has not sent on the first reverse pick up arranged.), reverse pick up takes upto 5-7 business days to be done.

Below parameters will be considered at the time of quality audit

  1. Product received must be same that was dispatched from our warehouse referring to your order.
  2. Once it is confirmed that the received product matches with the dispatched, audit will be done on the basis of intact tag and unused condition.
  3. If the product received without tags or in used condition, we will be unable to process your request.
  5. All the refunds are processed back to your original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made once you provide us your bank details.
  6. Please note refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse & all quality checks are completed & found satisfactory.
  7. Refunds will be processed only for the amount paid by the customer during the transaction. The amount availed as discount via coupon code will not be refunded. Re-validation of the coupon code will be a decision taken by the customer service team on case to case basis.
  9. Under any circumstances, if you wish to cancel the placed order, you can get in touch with our Customer Care representatives. However, you can cancel your order online as long as the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  10. In case the product has been shipped out and then the cancellation request is received, the refund will be processed post the product is received back to our warehouse.
  11. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Incase of prepaid order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 working days to approve the refund request of cancelled order. Once the request is approved, it will take 3-4 working days to initiate a refund. Any amount paid will be credited into the same account using which the payment was made. You will be notified of the same by E-mail or an SMS.
  12. Additionally, you can get in touch with our customer care services to initiate cancellation of the order.
  14. Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
  15. To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please inform customer service via call or email within 48 hours of the delivery along with images of the delivered product (Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB).
  16. Quality check for the product will be done once the product is received in the warehouse. If the product is found to be damaged, used, or tampered with, the product will be re-shipped to the customer and refund will not be initiated.
  17. All damaged item or items not as per the order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
  18. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
  19. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale of used products.
  20. Please allow us at least 7-10 business days from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
